comfortable bedding clean room efficient service
The bedding was really comfortable. I shared a twin room with my son. It was super clean. The room included great facilities. The excellent service included very pleasant staff who ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. I found this particularly efficient.
I found the lighting inside to be quite dim, and there was minimal natural light.

friendly staff clean room
the hotel was overall good! the staff members were friendly, and their service was excellent. the rooms were very very comfy and tidy. additionally, the location was central and close to many tourist attractions.

the staff was friendly, and the location was amazing! we walked to all destinations. i appreciated the quietness of the room and also the restaurant. room service was fast! the food was very delicious, i loved it.

small room missed housekeeping
The location was acceptable and I could reach many destinations without problems.
The room was really small. I had difficulty opening my suitcase on the floor, and the bathroom was cramped. Housekeeping was not done one day. I am very disappointed with the room size and service.

The minibar prices were high. A small bottle of water cost £7. the gym was small. It had only one treadmill. the equipment was old.
